At about 1500 Hours, the West End Flare Burners were called out for traffic control at a non injury MVA on Merwinsburg Road. Thanks to FP Mike Manfre for the photos.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
