This site will now contain Photos and Commentary on fire issues in Monroe County PA and other areas as I take or recieve them. Feel free to send me photos or ideas for the blog. I hope to get more people visiting more often like I used to. Make sure to check out the Archive section for older posts.
This just shows we must always use our brains- even in training. I am sure the community that this took place in has a lot of faith in their department.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
