Was in the area again and caught another MVA at the same location as the Fatal at Route 115 and the PA Turnpike. Bear Creek Fire popped the door and 2 patients were transported by ground to local hospitals.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
