I happened to come upon this accident on route 115 near the exit for the PA Turnpike in Bear Creek Township. Later found out the driver of the car that was entrapped did pass on.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
