In the early morning hours of 2-2-06 we were dispatched to a car into a pole on Route 115. Arriving on scene units found 1 patient self extricated with heavy front end damage to the car. Patient was transported by WEALS to Pocono Medical Center.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
