Medevac Landing

Stations 43 and 35 were toned out for an unknown type rescue in Birch Hollow. Appears a man fell down a flight of stairs and put his head thru the wall. It was first thought he was trapped under something but EMS on scene was able to free him. 43-4-4 diverted from responding direct and set up the LZ.
