When I got done getting my teeth drilled I responded to the MVA on Route 715 near Hillside Drive. On scene we had a single car head on into a tree. Appears the driver may have fallen asleep. The driver went trhu the windshield and landed on the hood. He was flown via Medevac 2. 43-4-4 set up the landing zone. 43-8-1 John McKeever had command.

My name is Tim Burlew, I am volunteer firefighter with Station 43 in Effort,PA. We serve all of Chestnuthill Township and provide mutual aid to other areas. We run approx 1200 calls a year. Previously I was a Volunteer at a combo dept in Murrels Inlet, SC.
